Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Pesto

Olive Oil

Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.  Arrange them on a plate in alternating order.  Spoon pesto onto the tomatoes and mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil.  Enjoy!
